As if his Real World Vs. Video Games photoset wasn’t enough, Aled Lewis has created this fun mashup of one of my favorite old school games PaperBoy, with that of the Simpsons.  Here we see Paperboy delivering a paper to Homer’s face.

Above is his piece “KillScreen” which is a vision of what would really happen if a humble plumber got too close to a horny/ angry gorilla.   Killscreen is part of a photoset called Aled’s Make Something 365, which is another one of those “challenges” that I’ve seen many artists giving themselves for 2011 wherein they create a piece of work each day.  It’s a great idea, I’d do it but my philosophy is more like “play a game” 365, where I try to play at least one video game each day for the year.
